What counts as a user?
A user is anyone who logs in to Renzo with their own email.
Are integrations included?
Yes. Renzo connects to Outlook and Gmail to sync your client email - automatic filing onto the right client record is coming soon - and invoices push straight through to Xero with paid status flowing back into Renzo. QuickBooks Online is built and coming next. Invoices can still be downloaded or emailed as branded PDFs whenever you prefer.
Is Client Outreach included?
Yes - Client Outreach is included in every Renzo plan at no extra cost. It lets you build a mailing list from your clients and pipeline and send GDPR-compliant campaigns with AI-assisted drafting.
Is there a free tier?
No permanent free tier - we offer a 14-day free trial of any plan, and you can cancel anytime during the trial at no charge.
Can I add users mid-month?
Yes - the Team plan charges £12 per extra user on a prorated basis, and you can cancel a user any time to drop the next bill. Growth seat counts are set as part of your bespoke quote.
