Yes. Renzo connects to Outlook and Gmail: each user's inbox syncs into Renzo privately, and they choose which emails to file to a client. Invoices push straight through to Xero with paid status flowing back into Renzo. QuickBooks Online is built and coming next. Invoices can still be downloaded or emailed as branded PDFs whenever you prefer.
Yes - Client Outreach is included in every Renzo plan at no extra cost. It lets you build a mailing list from your clients and pipeline and send GDPR-compliant campaigns with AI-assisted drafting.
