Founding Members Agreement
Last updated: 7 July 2026
1. Purpose of the Founding Member Programme
1.1The Founding Member Programme is Renzo’s early-adopter programme: a small group of HR consultancies who join the Renzo platform (the “Service”) at launch, help shape it with their feedback, and in return receive preferential pricing and early access to new functionality. This agreement sets out the terms of the programme and supplements our Terms of Service.
2. Eligibility and acceptance
2.1The programme is open to business customers only, and joining is by invitation. Acceptance into the programme is at Renzo’s sole discretion, and we may decline or withdraw an invitation at any time before a subscription starts, without giving a reason.
3. Founding Member benefits
3.1Founding Members receive: discounted Founding Member subscription pricing as set out in their Subscription Details; early access to selected new and beta functionality before general release; and invitations to help shape the product roadmap through feedback.
3.2Lifetime founding pricing. Your Founding Member subscription price is locked for the lifetime of your subscription: it will not rise to standard pricing for as long as your subscription remains continuously active. General price-change rights in the Terms of Service do not remove your founding discount, though seat-based charges still apply as set out in your Subscription Details.
4. Subscription, renewal and cancellation
4.1Founding Member subscriptions run on the rolling monthly basis described in the Terms of Service: they renew automatically each month, there is no minimum contract term, and you may cancel at any time from your workspace settings, with cancellation taking effect as set out in the Terms.
4.2Founding pricing is lost on cancellation. If your subscription is cancelled - by you, or by us for a reason permitted under the Terms - your Founding Member pricing ends permanently and cannot be reinstated. If you later re-subscribe, standard pricing applies.
4.3Founding Member status and pricing are personal to the subscribing business and cannot be assigned, transferred, sold or shared with any other business or workspace.
5. Feedback
5.1We may invite you to give feedback - through check-ins, surveys, or the product itself. Feedback is always voluntary. You grant us the right to use any feedback you choose to give, without restriction or payment, and we are under no obligation to implement any feedback or requested feature.
6. Early access and beta functionality
6.1Founding Members may receive early access to beta functionality. Beta functionality is work in progress: it may contain bugs, defects or incomplete features, may change without notice, and is provided without warranties and outside the SLA, as set out in clause 7 (Beta and early-access features) of the Terms of Service.
6.2We may modify or withdraw beta features at any time without liability, and early access to a feature is not a commitment that it will be released generally or in the same form.
7. Confidentiality of unreleased functionality
7.1Unreleased and beta functionality, and any roadmap information we share with you, is our confidential information under clause 9 of the Terms of Service. Until a feature is generally released, you agree not to publicly disclose, demonstrate, review or share screenshots of it outside your workspace without our prior written consent.
8. Publicity
8.1By taking part in the Founding Member Programme, you agree that we may identify you and your business publicly as a Renzo Founding Member - including your name, business name and logo - and may use feedback you give during the beta, across our website and marketing materials, in line with clause 15.9 of the Terms of Service. You can opt out at any time by emailing hello@renzohr.com, and we will stop new uses of your name or feedback promptly.
9. Relationship with the Terms of Service
9.1This agreement forms part of, and is incorporated by reference into, the Terms of Service, alongside the DPA and SLA. If there is a conflict, this agreement prevails on matters concerning the Founding Member Programme, and the Terms of Service prevail on everything else (with the DPA prevailing on personal-data matters, as the Terms set out).
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
10.1This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from it.
